Join us at the Perrysburg High School Football game at Steinecker Stadium on Friday, October 3, 2025!

The Perrysburg Schools Facility Dogs will be at the game, ready to meet new friends! “Vote” for your favorite dog by making a gift to Perrysburg Schools Foundation in support of the facility dog program. All funds received will directly support the facility dogs.

Trained facility dogs are now placed in six of our schools with trained handlers – Perrysburg High School (Taft), Perrysburg Junior High School (Salts), Hull Prairie Intermediate (Kincaid), Toth Elementary School (Aspen), Frank Elementary (Liv), and Woodland Elementary (Angel). There is one additional dog currently “in-training” within the school district at Fort Meigs Elementary (Noel).

Perrysburg Schools Foundation matched the first $15,000 raised from other sources making a total of $30,000 which allowed Perrysburg Schools to secure the first three facility dogs for the district. Perrysburg Schools Foundation continues to support the Facility Dog Program, including food, equipment, travel expenses and other needs, with the support of many individual and corporate donors, including:

The Studer Select Team of the Danberry Co.
Wellaroma
Yark Chevrolet
The basic medical services for the dogs have graciously been donated by Perrysburg Animal Hospital, and all grooming services are donated by Plontzie’s in Perrysburg.

We are excited to also be partnering with Toledo Area Foodie Cards to benefit the Facility Dog Program at Perrysburg Schools. You can preorder your cards ($30 each) and they will be available to pick up at the game on Friday October 3, or at each school, the following week.
