The Jacket Way at Perrysburg Schools is a district-wide initiative that focuses on promoting positive behavior and creating a supportive learning environment. It is built around the principles of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), which aim to encourage good behavior and set clear expectations for students. The Jacket Way emphasizes being respectful, responsible and ready, ensuring that students know what is expected of them in various school settings, such as classrooms, hallways, and playgrounds.

The Jacket Way is implemented, taught and reinforced across all grade levels and school buildings (K-12). Each building utilizes common language to create a set of expectations that are appropriate for their students.

Thanks to the investment of our donors, Perrysburg Schools Foundation is proud to support the Jacket Way by providing funds for each building’s Jacket Way Team to use for rewards and experiences for students.
